Position overview

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding while representing a trusted Canadian brand.

This is a high-performance role with significant income potential, ideal for professionals with strong communication skills and backgrounds in merchant services, POS systems, or financial technology.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and connect with new business clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct consultations to assess needs and recommend customized solutions.
  • Present tailored proposals, pricing, and product demonstrations.
  • Close new business and manage onboarding: coordinate on-site technical teams for hardware installation, assist with software setup and client training with support from our technical team, and remain the main point of contact through onboarding and beyond.
  • Maintain and grow a strong pipeline using CRM tools; identify upsell and referral opportunities.
  • Collaborate with onboarding, support, and operations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.

Solutions and products you will represent

  • Credit and debit card processing (Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Amex).
  • Countertop, wireless, and mobile terminals.
  • Online and mobile payments, virtual terminals, and invoicing tools.
  • Restaurant POS through Caviar POS (a division of Armour Payments).
  • Retail POS solutions.
  • Unattended solutions including self-serve kiosks and vending payment stations.
  • Gift card and loyalty programs (physical and digital).
  • Online booking and scheduling integrations.
  • Donation kiosks and online giving through Givetree (a division of Armour Payments).
  • Business intelligence and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

  • This role is ideal for someone who has current or previous experience in payment processing or merchant services, understands interchange and pricing models, and has sold SaaS or fintech solutions to SMB or enterprise clients.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong consultative selling and full sales-cycle management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM and digital sales tools.
  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented, competitive mindset.
  • Reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
  • College or university degree is a plus.
  • Merchant services, POS, or fintech experience is strongly preferred.

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly performance bonuses.
  • Full product training and ongoing mentorship.
  • Remote work and field flexibility.
  • Advancement opportunities in a growing company.
  • Supportive, high-performance culture.
  • Benefits may include casual dress, company events, flexible schedule, on-site parking where applicable, paid time off, and work-from-home options—details confirmed with offer.
